How enquiry details sent through this website are used.
This policy describes how Title Jaanch handles personal information collected through this website.
Title Jaanch is a property due diligence practice. The site is operated for Rajendra Prasad’s firm. Contact details published on the contact page are the details to use if you want to ask about your information.
If you use the enquiry form, we collect your name, phone number, email address, city, property type, the service you ask about, and the message you write. A short-form enquiry collects name, phone, city, and message.
If you accept the notice on your first visit, the site remembers that choice in your browser so the notice is not shown again. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.
Hosting and security logs may include your IP address and basic browser data, as is usual for a website served over the internet. Those logs are kept by the host for security, not for marketing.
Enquiry details are used to reply to you about a property check, to prepare a quote, and to keep a record of what was asked. We do not sell enquiry lists.
If you later engage the firm, documents you send for a review are used for that review. A paid engagement may have its own letter covering retention. This website policy does not replace that letter.
Messages from the enquiry form are delivered to the firm by an email provider. The host keeps technical logs required to serve the pages.
Website enquiries are kept long enough to respond and to keep a record of the reply.
You may ask us to correct or delete an enquiry by writing to the email address on the contact page. We may keep a short record of the request itself.
You can use the phone or WhatsApp details on the site instead of the form. Do not send identity documents or title papers through the public form. Those belong in a channel agreed after we reply.
Clearing this site’s data in your browser removes that choice. The notice will then appear again.
